Book Review: My Grandma’s Crazy, by Becky Hunt

Hello again, savvy savers! Today finds us with a new product review, and this time it’s My Grandma’s Crazy, by Becky Hunt.

There’s not much more to say, other than this book is great. From this unique writing, to the humorous illustrations, this book is a keeper! The book centers on a young man, who through the actions of his eclectic, humorous grandmother, he is able to understand more about what makes his relationship with his grandmother, himself, and his family more unique. This books serves as a way of explaining why respect and generosity towards the elderly, specifically elderly relatives, is more than a matter of respect, it’s also about the potential for symbiotic relationships centered on knowledge, tradition, and most importantly love!

My favorite line from the book:

“Grandma isn’t like other grandmas, she’s CRAZY! She zip lines through the jungles of Borneo, leads conga lines at weddings, and drives a sports car. And that’s not the half of it! Grandma’s unconventional approach raises an eyebrow or two, but nothing will stop Grandma from having fun with her grandson and being his friend.”

I’ve enjoyed reading this book! I highly recommend this book to everyone that enjoyed their Grandmothers, eclectic dress, mannerism, cooking, and all! Thank you Ambassador International for introducing us to this new book! We receive Grandma’s Crazy in exchange for my honest opinion.
