Hello again, savvy savers! Today finds us with a new book review, and this time the The Paleo Chef: Quick, Flavorful Paleo Meals for Eating Well, by Pete Evans. 

To begin, its best to mention that this book is not based on any fad dieting, nor extremes in any sense. This is a book based on common sense measures, affordable food options, and clean living meals. As a person interested in Paleo cooking since my PCOS, insulin-residence diagnosis in 2014,  eating healthy is a matter of importance to me!

This is a book that needs to be savored a chapter at a time; I initially made the mistake of reading it cover to cover, and I was overwhelmed by the information about this cookbook! Setting aside time to savor this book, and its life changing information, is the way to go. With fresh eyes and a fresh mindset, this book because amazing.  To my great surprise, this cookbook is packed with healthy and delicious  a Amazon subscribe and Save, Coupons, App Savings, and other little planning; using meals, which can be made be inexpensively will help with ingredients within this edition, per meal.

This book is a full of meals for each part of the day, particularly breakfast options. As well, the recipes can be halved or doubled simply for larger families and budgets. flour.

This book is informative, impressive, and useful!
