Hello again, savvy savers! Today finds us with a new book review, and this time A Good Food Day: Reboot Your Health with Food That Tastes Great, by Marco Canora.
If eating well is on you’re New Year’s resolutions, than this is the book for you. Eating right and healthy can often feel like a chore or only suitable to exercise that effort post holiday indulgence or at the beginning of a new filled with resolutions. This book really allows for a natural, clean, and healthy eating options for the everyday novice can easily prepare.
When I opened the package for this book I was already impressed with the professional and coffee table quality of it, inside did not disappoint as well. When I’m incorporating new recipes and using cook books as a guide I really appreciate being able to display them in my kitchen, since that will be their home for quite some number of meals.
The story of chef Marco Canora at the beginning of the book was endearing and quite honest, which I fully appreciated. His decision to transform his own eating patterns and habits to more healthy and health sustaining ones was inspirational and approachable.
