How many of you have always wanted to be a dancer and do Pilates Well, now is your chance. One point to note about this DVD, is that it is for beginners and even advanced dancers can do this video. This video is attended for dancers, but anyone that is looking to tone up their body, you need to grab this DVD and get toning! This video gives you 24 step-by-step exercises that actually work your abdominal, legs, shoulders, obliques, and much more in a manner that seems more like a fun-filled dancing session, that a high-impact workout load. I really loved how easy it was to follow the DVD, how relaxed I was while doing these workouts, and how tired I was the morning after working out. I found that I could feel my muscles burn, but it was not overwhelming, like other workout videos I have done in the past, and I was encouraged to keep working out, keep pushing, and keep toning!
I believe since this is the beginner DVD, that this will not be just another workout DVD filling my home workout collection shelves, but my new go-to product for home workouts! I would totally recommend this to any of my readers that really want to tone up their body. Get that dancer body that you have always wanted!
